International Spa Supplies offers a Spa Recruitment service to assist you in sourcing the best team for your spa. As an international company we recruit from around the world and provide free training to our applicants to ensure we provide you with the highest calibre candidate.

You are then provided with two options:

OPTION 1 - Employ the member of staff in which case you will pay a one off fee.

OPTION 2 - Allow us to employ the member of staff on your behalf. The new recruit would report to their direct manager within your company structure, however they would also be accountable to International Spa Supplies. The benefits of this option are as follows:

* International Spa Supplies will take care of all the necessary payroll paperwork.

* International Spa Supplies will in collaboration with our client provide targets for the member of staff and monitor them closely ensuring they are productive and fullfilling your expectations.

* Free training will be available to the member of staff to enhance their qualifications and abilities, thus making them more efficient and an asset to your business.

* The member of staff will become part of a large network within International Spa Supplies providing them with support and communication from both the International Spa Supplies team and managers and therapists working at other locations.
